WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SKIN AND COAT PROBLEMS THAT ARE COMMON FOR DOGS WITH THE BLUE COLORING. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED IN THIS TIME FRAME, YOU FORFEIT THE SAID DOG/PUP. ALSO, IF PAYMENT IS MADE MORE THEN 30 DAYS AFTER THE INTIAL CONTACT, WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF THE SAID DOG/PUP IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND/OR SOLD, IN ADDITON, THE DEPOSIT PROCESS STARTS ALL OVER AGAIN. IF YOU TAKE YOUR PURCHASE SERIOUSLY, THEN YOU WON'T HAVE A PROBLEM BY THESE CONDITONS, AND YOU MUST UNDERSTAND IF THERE IS PROCRASTINATION ON YOUR END, YOU'RE THEN IN FAULT BY DELAYING US IN FINDING A DOG/PUP A GOOD HOME THAT HE/SHE SO MUCH DESERVES.

    When introduced into new surroundings, dogs are sometimes inclined to exhibit shyness and inactivity. In some cases they may refuse to eat. After becoming adapted to their homes they will readily accept you as their new master and overcome the shyness of the new quarters. You as the new owner have a great responsibility to maintain your dog's emotional and physical well-being.

 Said dog must be owned, possessed, and kept by the buyer.
 Dog is not to be Co-owned, given or shared ownership with anyone without signing and agreeing to this contract of sale.
If buyer decides to sell the dog, it must be offered back to the breeder first. This is for the life of the dog regardless of how much money has been spent on the dog.
 If breeder declines to purchase the dog back then said dog may be sold at the buyers discretion.
 Dogs must never be abused, neglected, mistreated, or used for any illegal purposes such as Dog Fighting, etc.

 Vaccines must remain current.

 Clean water must be available at all times, adequate quality food must be given, and animal must be kept in a clean and secure enclosed yard or large kennel with appropriate amount of shade and shelter.
 If at any time during ownership the local law enforcement/animal control feels that the dog is not being properly cared for, the breeder has the option to confiscate the dog immediately and without any compensation due to buyer, and full registration paperwork must be signed and given back to breeder. 

If any part of this contract is broken, the full ownership (Papers) and possession of the dog will be returned to the breeder. The undersigned buyer, breeder acknowledges that this is a legal and binding contract and have received a copy. If this contract is broken and dog is not returned to breeder with signed registration papers the buyer will be liable for civil damages in the amount to be decided by the breeder. This contract here by gives the breeder permission to repossess said dog if any part of this contract is broken.

  WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PUP OR ADULT DOG TO BE SHOW QUALITY OR BREEDABLE AT ANYTIME DURING ITS LIFE. IF YOUR PUP DEVELOPS FLAWS OR UTERINE/TESTICLE INFECTIONS AT ANY TIME, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR PUP OR ADULT DOG FOR THIS.
SLIGHT EASTY-WESTY, IMPERFECT BITES, AND TAILS ARE NOT CONSIDERED HEALTH ISSUES.    
IN NO CASES WILL PUPS BE REPLACED WITH ONE OF GREATER VALUE WITHOUT DIFFERENCE BEING PAID BY PURCHASER.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO A VET WITHIN 48 HRS OF ARRIVAL/PICKUP OR OUR HEALTH AGREEMENT IS VOID. ANY PROBLEMS MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY, VET BILLS AND SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOUR PUPPY IS FOUND TO HAVE A SERIOUS HEALTH CONDITION, YOUR PUPPY WILL BE REPLACED OR A REFUND MAY BE GIVEN.
If purchasing a female, she must NOT be bred before her 2nd heat!!
And the said female dog/pup is NOT to be bred every heat!!
If said dog/pup is found to have been used or is being used in or for any illegal activities or being neglected, mistreated/abused then Twisted Mind Bullies has the right to regain full ownership of the said dog/pup and his/her registration papers.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITiONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
 WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.
